The project of cottage town “Dolche Vita” provides for construction of 20 townhouses which are split into 4 blocks (5 townhouses in each block). It is planned to put blocks #2 and # 4 into operation by the end of 2009.
Currently the following works connected with construction of block # 2 are being done:
- brickwork for the five sections of the second floor are done;
- floor slabs for the attic are being assembled;
- the works for the basement dampproofing are in the process;
- the headwalls are being installed;
- the sewage system is being set;
As for the construction of block # 4 the following works are being done:
- the headwalls are being installed;
- the basement with slabs for five townhouses is finished;
- the brickwork for the first floor is being in the process;
- the sewage system is being set;
As for the construction of block # 3 the following works are being done:
- the basement construction is being in the process;
- the sewage system is being set.
